The board
Every live job, oldest first. Click a stage to move it along.
Needs attention
Nothing here means nothing is slipping.
New project
Enter it once here. The master sheet row, the technician sheet row, the calendar invite with the scope of work already inside it, and the client confirmation all come out the other side. Nothing gets typed twice.
What comes out
Live, as you type. Copy or download any of it.
Projects
Everything, one list. This is the view the whole team can share.
Tour hosting
Every hosted tour and the day it lapses. The money column is what stops being billed if nobody asks. This is the list that was living in someone's head.
Rates and crew
What each service costs and where each technician is. A service is priced by a short list of lines, not by one number, so a flat fee, a per unit rate and a band by size all sit next to each other. Nothing here quotes a job for you: a project price is still typed in after the site.
Service rates
Every priced line, in the order it reads on the rate sheet. Lines that apply to any job sit under Every job.
Crew
Where each technician is. The location is kept exactly as your sheet has it; the state next to it is what that text was read as, and you can correct it by hand.
Data
Everything lives in your own database on your own server, so everyone signed in sees the same list. Bring your sheet in, take everything back out whenever you want.
Paste from your master sheet
Select the rows in Google Sheets, copy, paste below. First row should be the headers. It matches columns by name, so the order does not matter and extra columns are ignored. Check the rows first: you get a list of exactly what would be created, and nothing is saved until you say so.
Export and backup
Your data is yours. CSV opens in Sheets. The JSON backup restores everything exactly, including hosting terms.
